Bank of America is wiping out all of its profits for the year in a settlement with investors in it’s mortgage backed securities according to the New York Times.
This is an interesting development in determining whether there are any changes in Bank of America’s horrible record in modifying mortgages. Now that the financial risk is back on Bank of America, will they work harder to make deals? My experiences with BOA have been so miserable that it is hard to imagine them getting it any worse, but I have been surprised before.
Of course, if you are looking for a loan modification, you should have professional help to guide you through the process, and not a charlatans, but an actual attorney. Please give me a call at 201-289-5352 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a consultation.
