How the Foreclosure Freezes Started

Today’s New York Times has an interesting story discussing the case that started the problems with all of the banks and their robo-signers for foreclosure documentation. In my practice, few clients can afford the cost of depositions, so it figures that it was a volunteer attorney who had the time to take a deposition of a bank employee.

When will the Federal Government act and deal with this problem?
