One of the most frustrating tasks for any attorney is keeping track of time. I have been checking out numerous online time management programs that integrate with Google Apps and have settled on one called Paymo (paymo.biz). So far it seems like this site has the functionality I need without being too time consuming to set up or difficult to use. This includes the ability to mark time as having been billed out once you send an invoice (the free version has limited invoicing built into the application, but I use my accounting software for invoicing). Amazingly, several other products I tried did not have this absolutely essential piece of functionality. Google Apps integration also helps keep it close at hand, including automatic task list creation out of emails I receive.
Anyone else seen a better solution?
